Prize Details:
Each entrant will receive one (1) entry for a chance to win a 16GB iPad 2! Entrants may enter the competition once per registered Facebook account. If the selected winner was invited to enter the sweepstakes by a friend who also entered the Sweepstakes, then both the winner and the referring friend will win a 16GB iPad 2!
Prize Eligibility:
Only persons (i) residing in United States and Canada, (ii) who are at least 18 years of age, (iii) who have Internet access, (iv) with valid e-mail and Facebook accounts, and (v) who are “fans” of the SeatKarma Facebook page at the time of entry may enter. Limit one entry per registered Facebook account.

Winner selected: July 2
Winners will be randomly selected on July 2 (or the first business day thereafter if any of the foregoing days occurs on a Saturday or Sunday or holiday) from all entries.

Eligibility:
The SeatKarma’s Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is available to those who can provide a shipping address within the United States or Canada and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who have Internet access and valid e-mail and Facebook accounts at the time of entry. Entrants must submit all required information to be eligible to win. Entries missing required information will be disqualified. Required information will be clearly marked on the entry form by an asterisk (“*”). Employees of CONEZIC, LLC. (”the Sponsor") and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, vendors, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, spouses and children and their spouses) and household members of each such employees are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning any of the prizes offered is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing:
The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2011 @ 9:00 am (CST) and ends on June 30, 2011 @ 11:59 pm (CST) (the “Promotion Period”). Eligible entries must be received on or before 11:59 pm (CST) on June 30 2011 to be eligible.
How to Enter:
Enter by going to the Sweepstakes tab on the SeatKarma Facebook page located at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Seat-Karma-iPad-2-Sweepstakes/160943200452?sk=app_143103275748075 (the “Sweepstakes Website”). To enter, entrants should become a “fan” of SeatKarma within the sweepstakes timeline. Each entrant will receive one (1) entry for a chance to win a 16GB iPad 2! Entrants may enter only enter once. Participants can increase their chances of winning by inviting their friends. Each friend who entered the sweepstakes through an invitation will add a vote to the person who initiated the invitation. If the selected winner was invited to become a “fan” by a friend who also entered the Sweepstakes, then both the winner and the referring friend will win a 16GB iPad 2.
Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. No mailed, telephoned, faxed, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account” holder is the natural person assigned the e-mail account. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Prize Awarding:
All eligible entries received will be entered into the Sweepstakes drawings. A minimum of on (1) and a maximum of two (2) prize winners will be randomly selected on or about 12:00 pm (CST) on July 2nd 2011 from all eligible entries.
Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.
The names of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by August 1, 2011 to: CONEZIC LLC., Inc., ATTN: Summer Sweepstakes, P.O Box 31068, Houston TX 77231-1068.
Prizes:
A minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) prizes, in total, are being offered:
• iPad 2, 16GB, WiFi each with an MSRP of $499.00
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at the Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. Allow 5-10 weeks for prize delivery. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use, if applicable. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sweepstakes Entities and their agents to the use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Entrant’s Personal Information:
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever.
General Conditions:
The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sweepstakes Entities in their sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The terms of this Sweepstakes shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be settled by arbitration which shall be conducted in Houston, Texas. The Sweepstakes Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitations of Liability:
The Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, the Sweepstakes Entities, in their sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes listed above will be awarded.
General:
Nothing in these Official Rules shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the winners’ or entrants’ statutory rights as a consumer.
